LOUIS (August 3, 2018) – Alpaca Audiology, a Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP) portfolio company, announced today that it has acquired South Bend, Indiana-based Darr & Associates (Darr). Darr offers a complete range of diagnostic and preventative hearing healthcare professional services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Darr’s services include hearing aid screening, evaluations, hearing aid sales, fitting and programming, and rehabilitative/preventative counseling. Company offerings feature the industry’s latest technological advancements, allowing them to provide the most current hearing healthcare options.
The Darr acquisition significantly expands Alpaca’s reach in Michigan by adding locations in Kalamazoo and Sturgis, while also increasing presence in Indiana with locations in South Bend and Elkhart.
